Vanar Sena: The army of Neanderthals

Centuries ago from now, a female monkey gave birth to two babies. The first one was the ancestor of present-day chimpanzee and the second one was the ancestor of humans. Just look at the difference, today we are ruling the world and they are not even equal to us. Anyways, they were our distant relatives but, do you know that we, humans had few close relatives even. I mean humans were not only of one type, instead there were seven more like us. Let me make this more clear for you, animals like lion, tiger, leopards e.t.c. belong to the family of the genus Panthera. The same way there were seven other animals like us who belonged to the family of genus Homo. Let's not talk about them for now. My aim was to make you understand the variation in humans and I hope by now you must have got a little idea about them.

So, coming back to our topic, Neanderthals were among those seven varieties of humans. They used to live in the hilly areas, forests & mainly in cold regions, and because of living in harsh conditions, they were more muscular, stronger, faster, and intelligent than homo-sapiens.

Vanaras were special species of humans and looked like monkeys. Ramayana never mentioned that they were monkeys. The word 'vanara' is a sanskrit word which is a combination of two words 'vana' means forests and 'nara' means humans. So, the literal meaning of 'vanara' is humans who lived in forests. Vanaras were definitely not monkeys because in sanskrit monkeys are called 'Vanakapi', 'Kapi', and 'Markata'.
Can Vanara Sena be the army of Neanderthals? This question arises because the vanaras which have been mentioned in Ramayana were human like monkeys with immense power unlike normal small size monkeys which existed then.
Now let's have a look at some points which tell us that Vanara Sena was the army of Neanderthals men, from Ramayana;-
1. In Ramayana or any other text related to it, nowhere it is mentioned that vanaras were monkeys but, just due to resemblance between vanaras and monkeys people started considering them as the army of monkeys.
2. Vanaras are shown as monkey-like humans with more power, speed, and greater size and the same traits we can find in neanderthals.
3. These species were dominant in the southern part of India and ruled South India including Thailand, Myanmar, Malaysia, Indonesia, e.t.c.
5. In Ramayana, it is mentioned that Vanaras were spread all over the world but, they were dominant in Kishikindha kingdom in Karnataka
4. When Lord Rama decided to attack Lanka then Sugriva the head of Vanars' collected vanaras from all over the world. They came mainly from hilly regions and as we know that Neanderthals used to live in hilly regions.
5. Valmiki also states that vanaras came from far away lands where the sun either always shines or is always set which means the polar regions.

Points which tell us that Vanara Sena was the army of Neanderthals men, from Mahabharata;-
1. Mahabharata the history of 3rd Millenium, 3,076 BCE states that species like Vanara and yetis had extinct by that time. It also confirms the existence of Lord Rama and other species mentioned in Ramayana.
2. If Sage Vyasa intended to write a fictional story about Kauravas and Pandavas why would he mention about vanaras and Yetis ( Jamuhan )?

This shows that Ramayana is the very ancient history of India that made it's ways to other civilizations like America, Asia & Europe e.t.c.Ramayana and Mahabharata are Indian histories, not mythology. Even the 18 Puranas confirms the details mentioned in Ramayana and Mahabharata. Valmiki and Sage Vyasa never mentioned that they are writing stories, in fictional stories, there is no need to detail out geographical locations, astronomical data, and chronological orders e.t.c.
So, I just request to you all that never underestimate the Indian history or consider books like Ramayanas or Mahabharata as mythological books, they are the real histories of India. But, still don't have blind faith in them because some part of it is true and others may be the exaggerated part by our ancestors like any other traditional story.
Now, I have a question for you 'Can Vanaras be a totally different species of humans?' Just scratch your brain on this topic and let me know.
